Con-artists Peter B. Mancuso and Sara Bohannon

Sara Bohannon and Pete Mancuso continue to string people along for months and months until it is too late and you finally realize you have been conned.
Back in April Sara Bohannon wrote me an email that said:

Hi Susan Kay:

I'm out of town today and tomorrow as Mom had surgery in Macon. I've requested deed from Pete last week, and he plans to get in touch with Dell or yourself within next few days.

I believe some things are coming to fruition very soon for him and I think this thing will soon be wrapped up to your satisfaction. If I did not believe it, I would not say it!

I emailed her about this and said I am trying to find out what is going on, and she emailed me back:

Susan:
I'm referring this to Pete Mancuso. This is between you and him. I am sorry but I do not know the ramifications of your agreement. I feel it appropriate for me to stay out of this and let the attorneys handle it.

Actually, Sara is the whole reason my family and family friend are in this mess and have been conned out of $130,000. She and Pete work closely together and have been doing so for years.

Be wary of these two con artists. See my earlier posts to read more on them. Sara is at 115 Sharon Drive, Stockbridge, GA. She has a son named Gary Bohannon who lives in Warner Robbins and does construction. I have called him to see if he could help intervene, but he refers all calls to his mother.

Peter says he lives in Conyers, but he often stays at Sara's home. Pete's phone number is 770-787-4917.

Sara Bohannon goes around talking in a sweet, saccharine Southern voice. But beware, behind the facade is a crook who is in cahoots with her boyfriend Peter B. Mancuso to con people out of their money.
Peter "Pete" B. Mancuso, officially of Conyers, except he is always on the run and the police have yet to catch up with him, stole $60,000 from the son of my mother's business partner, $20,000 from my mom, and nearly $50,000 from me.
Sarah said he was a whiz at real estate, and suggested my mother invest her money with him. My mother trusted Sarah so much, when I suggested we see a lawyer before investing, she said we didn't need to. She said she had known Sarah for three years because she always comes to her estate sales and "is as sweet as can be."
We loaned Pete money, and he promised us returns of 12 percent to 20 percent per contract we had with him.
Pete never told us where he lives. His driver's license has him at 1620 Hidden Shoals Drive in Conyers, Ga. But whenever the police go out there, he is not there.
Now that our money is due, neither he nor she is returning any calls.

She basically runs a business on ebay selling items, and she is a pro at conning people out of their money. She will talk in a sweet Southern voice, until you ask for your money back that her boyfriend owes you. Then, she will get nasty! If you ever meet these two people, run!
